Dreams can be reached with MLM!

Have you ever had a dream?

What is your dream?

Have you got it written down?

Have you reached your dreams?

Have you given up on your dreams?

When you joined your MLM company you had vision, a dream and you could see the bigger picture. I know we all have dreams and goals an d just before we are able to reach them we give up on thinking they are attainable. Have you given up on your dreams because a loved one did not believe in you or you have worked so hard but not gotten very far? If so you are not alone. There are thousands of others out there today going through the same thing.

Three are different types of dreamers in this world.

1. Dream Stealers (well we all know who they are)

2. Day Dreamers, they just day dream about what they want without action.

3. Dreamers who write down their dreams which is only about 3% of the population. Some of these dreamers look at their dreams every once in a while, but there are other dreamers that look at their dreams every single day.

I’m sorry. I mean to say…… Electronic Income Reducer.

Almost all of us have it. What we are really looking for is MLM Success. We want and need that proven duplicable MLM system. We want and need that like minded successful network marketing mastermind group.

But many allow the electronic income reducer to get in our way.

You know, the idiot box, the boob tube, the tube, the TV, the television set.

First, this electronic income reducer, is one of the biggest time wasters we experience. The one thing that can not be replaced. When we use time, it’s gone for good. Hope you used it wisely. We don’t even know how much of it we have left.

Second, this electronic income reducer, can create our beliefs. That’s right. Much of what we believe comes from our sources of influence. The news can influence us greatly. Advertising can influence us. Why else would they keep advertising to us if they were not successful at influencing us?

I recently read The Go-Giver by Bob Burg and John David Mann and I have been recommending it to everyone. This book has changed my outlook on life and network marketing, and I want everyone I know and meet to have the same experience and knowledge to help towards their success.

As I said in my post on June 6th, 2008, The Go-Giver will discuss the “Five Laws of Stratospheric Success.”

On July 3rd, 2008, I interviewed Bob Burg about this amazing book. This is the first interview I have ever done and I would like to share it with everyone. It is very powerful information that everyone can learn from. It is about giving and I have said in the past it is about giving back. But Bob Burg corrected me on that. I expect that 95% plus network marketers are part time.

Time management is good for people at any level of their business but mandatory for those with very limited time.

You really are!

These words were spoke to me, “Penny you are perfect just the way you are”, by one of the most amazing men that I have been blessed to have come into my life. His name is Michael Dlouhy, the author of Success In 10 Steps and founder of
Mentoring For Free.

In society there are all kinds of magazines and films with people that are out there that are the perfect height, weight, look great in what ever they wear, perfect teeth or what ever it is. We all feel we have faults in our own lives. Not enough education, I am fat, I am ugly, I don’t like my hair, my voice does not sound right or what ever it may be.

Or we have negative people pointing out our bad points and it just keeps being said to us all the time. It gets put into our subconscious which does not know any better and makes us believe it is true.

I am here to tell you, “YOU ARE PERFECT JUST THE WAY YOU ARE”. We each have different skills , knowledge, and need to learn to figure out what it is and share with others. You have a gift to share so figure that out and start sharing.

Don’t try to be someone you are not. Come get the confidence you need with our team of leaders from around the world. We are there to help each other and to help teach you to be positive and move past anything you need help with.

A very important thing you need for MLM Success is people skills.

First you need to like people. Without that, you will never make it. This is a relationship business.

Secondly, You need to genuinely care for others, meaning you can understand how they feel. If they need sympathy, you are there for them, if they need help you are there for them.

Thirdly, You need to be a good listener. This one is very difficult for certain people, but once you learn to listen and I mean truly listen to what is being said and focus while you are listening, people will know you care. When you learn this, your prospects, family members, and friends will know you care.

Fourth, You need to be YOU. Don’t change.

If you want people skills you need to be a real person. Think about how you would like to be treated. How you would like people to listen to you, speak to you, and what you would like to feel coming from that person. Once you can do this you will see major changes.

Since network marketing is a relationship business, you need these skills. Your sponsoring rate will go up considerably once you master this.

A very important part of being MLM Success or Network Marketing Success, no matter who you are, is to have a Master Mind Group to work with.

What is a Master Mind Group??

A Master Mind Group is a group of like minded people who have the same purpose in the end. The group has goals and dreams to reach and they work together with each other to accomplish this.

A Group of people who beleive in what they are doing and want success. They have an idea what it takes to get to where they want to go. But they need others on the same wave lenght to help them get there.

A group who beleives in sharing ideas, with no agenda, who want the best for themselves but also for others in the group.

With Mentoring For Free, we have this type of group. Like minded people who want to see each person succeed on their path to reach their own goals and dreams. It feels so wonderful.

It is not always about us succeeding but about watching others do what we want to do. In the end we will see ourselves reach our own goals and dreams with encouragement from the group.

We have two of these Master Mind calls. One is Wednesdays at 3pm EST and 8pm EST. The other call is Saturdays at 10:30 pm EST. So if you would like to join us on any of these calls just let us know. There are no requirements to plug in.
