When you joined your MLM company you had vision, a dream and you could see the bigger picture. I know we all have dreams and goals an d just before we are able to reach them we give up on thinking they are attainable. Have you given up on your dreams because a loved one did not believe in you or you have worked so hard but not gotten very far? If so you are not alone. There are thousands of others out there today going through the same thing.

Three are different types of dreamers in this world.

1. Dream Stealers (well we all know who they are)

2. Day Dreamers, they just day dream about what they want without action.

3. Dreamers who write down their dreams which is only about 3% of the population. Some of these dreamers look at their dreams every once in a while, but there are other dreamers that look at their dreams every single day.

What kind of a dreamer are you?

Your dreams can still be reached with the right guidance and training. Remember the big picture, remember why you decided to build a MLM Company! As you move forward are you being trained correctly?  Are you being trained at all? Is you sponsor there to help you and guide you? Or have they disappeared, no calls being returned your emails not being answered?

What I would like you to do is sit back and focus on that dream and what it will feel like to have your dream come true. Find a quiet place and then close your eyes and focus. If your dream has to do with a vehicle, what color, what type, feel what it will be like to start it up for the first time, how fast you can go, how good you will look driving it. This is just an example. It could be buying your dream home, buying your dream cottage or camp, or being financially free.  What ever your dream is put yourself in the present tense with it.

Once you have done that and you still want to move forward and reach your dreams I am here to help you if you would like.

I work with some amazing people and we are all here to help each and everyone who wants it. But the only thing you need to know is that you do need to be coachable.

Almost all of us have it. What we are really looking for is MLM Success. We want and need that proven duplicable MLM system. We want and need that like minded successful network marketing mastermind group.

But many allow the electronic income reducer to get in our way.

You know, the idiot box, the boob tube, the tube, the TV, the television set.

First, this electronic income reducer, is one of the biggest time wasters we experience. The one thing that can not be replaced. When we use time, it’s gone for good. Hope you used it wisely. We don’t even know how much of it we have left.

Second, this electronic income reducer, can create our beliefs. That’s right. Much of what we believe comes from our sources of influence. The news can influence us greatly. Advertising can influence us. Why else would they keep advertising to us if they were not successful at influencing us?

I highly suggest to everyone in network marketing, that they go on a Mental Cleanse. On this Mental Cleanse you would eliminate the TV, the radio, the newspaper, and negative people. You add reading and studying a good book like, “Think and Grow Rich”. You add a mastermind group and say your self talk at least 100 times per day. And, be careful of your computer use.

I have observed people on my team. Everyone having success in their business has done or is doing a Mental Cleanse. I don’t know if all successful people are drawn to it, or if it creates successful people. But all of our successful people are there.

Time management is good for people at any level of their business but mandatory for those with very limited time.

Do you invest time in your business to have the MLM lifestyle you want in the future or do you waste, kill, and spend time doing things that can not help your future, like watching TV?

Do you take action steps to build your business or just count all that time wasted surfing the net and reading emails as business building time?

Do you have your list of priorities? Do you chart your results for doing daily priorities?

When you set aside time to work your business, work your business. No TV in the background. No personal calls. Do the business. Put everything you have into your business building time. Do that, and when you take time for yourself and family, you will know that that’s what you should be doing because you took care of business.

Where did you get your beliefs? Do you listen and learn and formulate your own beliefs? Or do you just listen to others and adopt their beliefs?

I know what you are thinking you do. But do you really. Examine some of your beliefs. We have a presidential election coming up this year in the United States. If you are eligible to vote, why have you chosen a candidate to back? Do you really know what they stand for? Or did you adopt the thinking of your friends or the media?

Sit down and write out all the reasons you should cast your vote the way you plan. Then you will know if you really formulated your on belief or adopted those of others.

“Who sold you on that?” Doug Firebaugh

Just a way of asking people, do you know where you got that belief. When they examine where their beliefs about their network marketing came from they will likely realize that they adopted them. You know the beliefs I mean. This company has the best pay plan. This company has the best product.

Rather than challenge someones belief, get them to examine them and justify them, at least to themselves. You will not change their beliefs by telling them they are wrong.

It’s time to become a critical thinker and to teach others to do the same.

Not everyone has a desire to be a leader and that is fine. The world is made of up of both, and there is nothing wrong with that.

One key thing to remember. Leaders serve more people. Your income is determined by how many people you serve and how well you serve them.

Leaders start out as followers but the true leaders develop their skills and they move forward to a leadership roll.

Followers are people who are content to follow what others teach them to do. They do not want to be in charge or do not have the skills.

Leaders are in control of what they do and they do it without expectation of a reward. They can make a definite decision and then they follow through on that decision. They take action. Leaders also take responsibility for their actions and do not blame others for their mistakes. Leaders also have empathy for others.

I have seen lots of followers turn into leaders and it is amazing to watch this happen. Learning the skills you need, knowing what you want in life and having a burning desire is what has gotten me to the leadership roll I currently have.

I have been able to get these skills through continued training, being plugged into the right calls and self development. Self development is a necessity for leadership.

First you need to like people. Without that, you will never make it. This is a relationship business.

Secondly, You need to genuinely care for others, meaning you can understand how they feel. If they need sympathy, you are there for them, if they need help you are there for them.

Thirdly, You need to be a good listener. This one is very difficult for certain people, but once you learn to listen and I mean truly listen to what is being said and focus while you are listening, people will know you care. When you learn this, your prospects, family members, and friends will know you care.

Fourth, You need to be YOU. Don’t change.

If you want people skills you need to be a real person. Think about how you would like to be treated. How you would like people to listen to you, speak to you, and what you would like to feel coming from that person. Once you can do this you will see major changes.

What is a Master Mind Group??

A Master Mind Group is a group of like minded people who have the same purpose in the end. The group has goals and dreams to reach and they work together with each other to accomplish this.

A Group of people who beleive in what they are doing and want success. They have an idea what it takes to get to where they want to go. But they need others on the same wave lenght to help them get there.

A group who beleives in sharing ideas, with no agenda, who want the best for themselves but also for others in the group.

With Mentoring For Free, we have this type of group. Like minded people who want to see each person succeed on their path to reach their own goals and dreams. It feels so wonderful.

It is not always about us succeeding but about watching others do what we want to do. In the end we will see ourselves reach our own goals and dreams with encouragement from the group.

Don Standard and myself, Penny Dude, had Keith Schreiter as our guest on our team call last night. Keith did an amazing training on the subconscious mind and how we can program our minds. We get to choose what we input into our minds; positives or negatives. The mind believes what we tell it to believe.

The big part I came away with was that we need to ask the right questions.

Meaning, how do we ask these questions. Do we ask in a negative sentence?? Positive sentence??

We can ask these questions to others like our upline but we can also ask the questions to ourselves. The reason we ask ourselves is our mind is already looking for those answers to the question.

Negative: Why are people quitting my business?

Your mind will be running through all kinds of answers like it was your fault, you didn’t do enough, I didn’t send so enough time with them these as just a few things.

Positive: How can I get my people more active?

These positive questions have your mind looking for answers to help, like get them on more training calls, send them off an email to encourage them, get them to events.

I am giving some more examples and would like you to write down what you think of when you read each question. See if this all makes sense.

Negative: How come everyone I talk to is so negative?

Positive: How can I attract more positive people?

Nagative: How come everyone I talk to has no money?

Positive: How can I attract more people who see the big picture and want to have finacial freedom just like me?
