Accontability Partnering can be the difference in your MLM Success.
I found my accountability partner at my company convention. We had spoke most of the weekend and
got to know each other. We found out we both had different personalities and different skills we could bring to each other and our teams. We are not on the same team and have no financial rewards to work together. Don’t choose someone in your upline or downline. Go sideline.
By different personalities, I mean, from the Colors To Success, he is a green and I am a Blue, Yellow. We teach this at Mentoring For Free. This is life changing training that will help put your sponsoring into high gear.
Before we left convention we made a commitment to each other that we would be there for each other helping out daily. Coming up with ideas, making sure we stick to our daily routines, help to boost each other when we needed too, congratulate each other on or accomplishments and hold each other accountable each and every day.
Find someone you are comfortable with. Someone who is as committed to building a business as you are. Someone who will be there for you and help you set goals and stick with them. Someone who can review your work and give constructive criticism that helps you.
Do keep in mind that if the partnership does not grow and benefit both of you, that you need to be able to break it off and go find a new partner. I have only had to find my partner once and I feel we compliment each other. We make a great team!
You may have already guessed that my accountability partner is Don Standard. He is also my partner in this blog.

Great article. It will spawn many significant partnerships and friendship and move people’s business’s forward because of the accountability factor alone. You have inspired me to join Rayvin and Rob Nyte as accountability partners ( I am excited about this Rayvin and Rob, and look forward to a very prosperous and mutually beneficial relationship). I can get off track very easily and accountability will help me tremendously. It is a practice we can promote in our own business’s. Terry
