Have you ever seen disclosure statements on an MLM web site?

There are two basic reasons an MLM company has disclosure statements.

One is to dazzle and confuse you with charts and graphs into believing that they have the best program of any network marketing company on the planet.

When you see this type of disclosure and you have been around network marketing for a while then youCaution sign should be able to recognize that they are telling you that the success rate of distributors in their company is way beyond what you have ever seen before. It will appear that almost everyone who joins makes lots of money.

All they are doing is reporting partial information. The favorable part. I have had distributors from one company that believe after looking at their company’s disclosures that one our of every 30 distributors will make $10,000 per month. That of course means that you would have to make more than $300 off of each of those 30 distributors each month. Since the average distributor does not even approach $300 of personal volume each month, then that would not be possible. Companies don’t pay more than 100% back to distributors. The numbers average around 50%. And this is MLM, you don’t make all the money from everyone in your downline. Others share those profits too.

The good news is that if you do have some success with the company then it is just a matter of time till you learn that they have deceived you. What else are they willing to lie to you about?

The second reason for disclosures is companies that are required to report this info because of a court order.

It is NOT in the LIST, It is in the MLM Relationship.

I really think you needed to read that again. The title of this post was not enough for you. Think about the statement.

If you have been on the internet for very long then you have mostly heard that It is in the List. I am telling you it’s not.Tom \

My friend and mentor, Tom “Big Al” Schreiter, has built an enormous online list. He has done it by offering people great free information to build on their MLM Success in exchange for their email address. Then after you get on his list he keeps giving you great free info. He builds relationships with the people on his list.

Now, go to one of Tom’s workshops. And by the way, what a deal, $20 for 3 hours of solid training. You will see that he has relationships with many of the people attending the workshop. Some were built online. Some are people that are attending their second, third or more workshops with Tom. Some are people that Tom has known for twenty or thirty years.

So these people that have relationships with Tom will keep coming to his workshops and buying his material because of the relationships.

What if I had my hands on Tom’s list?

Many people doing MLM will tell you that the only chance for most people to have MLM success is to get in on the ground floor.

What they mean by that, is to get in with a company as early as possible, like pre-launch.MLM Compass

The first problem with this belief is that if you really believe it, then you will be building a team of people who do not get the same opportunity that you did. The more time that passes, the less opportunity your new team members have if your belief is true.

The next problem.
